Important notice: The Ventra system will undergo scheduled upgrades on Friday, January 9, beginning at 11pm. During this time, all Ventra services — including Ventra Call Center, website, mobile app, retail loads, and ticket vending machines will be temporarily unavailable. To ride during this period, customers do not need to tap their Ventra Cards, Limited Use Tickets, or contactless devices at rail station turnstiles or while boarding buses and will be given a courtesy ride.
