The Ventra Customer Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST at 1.877.NOW.VENTRA (1.877.669.8368).

The Ventra Service Center (VSC) located at 567 W. Lake Street, 2nd floor, Chicago, IL 60661, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST.

SERVICE ALERT: In observance of Christmas on Wednesday, December 25th, both the Ventra Service Center, located at 567 W. Lake, and the Ventra Customer Call Center will be closed. Please note that the Call Center will have reduced hours on Christmas Eve, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Both will resume regular hours on Thursday, December 26th.
